| Tracking reports
Tracking reports are sent out automatically, after midnight, to administrators of Web Chancellor websites, in order to inform them of activity that has been happening on their website during the previous 24-hour time period. Administrators can opt to receive or not receive the tracking reports, simply by visiting the "Administrators" section of their administrative account, and setting that under the "Messages" option. Since the Web Chancellor system supports unlimited administrators, as many administrators as want to can also opt to receive them. Note that tracking reports are broken down by country visited, IP address, time of visit, and the page visited. For brevity, the page title may appear truncated in the tracking report. An [S] next to an entry means that a form was submitted. An [E] indicates that a form was submitted with errors. An example of this might be when if the user forgot to enter their name or email address on a form. The following is a sample tracking report: The following is an itemized report of the pages visited on Thursday February 9, 2012. For help on interpreting this report, please visit http://www.webchancellor.com/report/. Total pages visited: 73
